The ASCP Awards are dedicated to safety and compliance in the social housing and facilities management sectors and aim to recognise the achievements of organisations and individuals working within these areas.
We have been shortlisted for the Customer Service Excellence Award – Which for anyone who knows us, is what we pride ourselves on!
Working in the social housing sector, its so important to ensure all residents are happy and feel they are being looked after, especially when working in their homes.
Residents want to be heard, feel valued and respected. They want to talk to a real human being, whether that be from booking a date to have their works done to understanding the work that’s being done and the benefits to them.
LFS has a webchat facility on our website so people can easily contact us there if they don’t want to telephone. Our phone lines are also manned 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and our Teams that on site, are always there to answer questions and assist the best way they can.
We are so fortunate to have great team members who really do go the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy and their homes are respected.
Relationship building is paramount in the social housing sector and just from the number of thankyou cards, chocolates, biscuits and letters we receive from resident’s for our various teams – Makes us so proud and confident that LFS really does put the Excellence in Customer Service!
