Legionella and Fire Safe were awarded a large pilot project with Equans on behalf of Birmingham City Council. This included trials of installing and maintaining innovative equipment that had never been used before in the City. This project did have it’s challenges working around High Rise Social Housing and difficult tenants. There were issues to overcome, regarding locating the equipment and working with specific regulations, that were all solved and installed correctly. The team working on here overcame all issues with tenants, equipment issues and performed excellently under pressure. This project has enabled tenants to save 35% on their hot water energy bills while providing them with critical compliance works. There have been many compliments from the main client down to the tenants. Councillor Sharon Thompson also gave praise for the company and more specifically the team working on this project.
